"Untrustworthy and unprofessional experience. We called for an updated quote, and because Brianna was unavailable, Crystal—the office manager—gave us the information over the phone. She clearly stated that our premium would not change based on the updates we were considering. We trusted her and moved forward with the policy changes. An hour later, Brianna sent an updated quote that was more than double the original premium. Naturally, we called back to speak with Crystal because we were surprised and upset. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering an apology, her response was, “You shouldn’t make a business decision without documentation.” We reminded her that we acted based on her word. She still offered no apology, only repeated that we should not have made a business decision. After several minutes of conversation, she added that their office is extremely busy and they can’t respond immediately. My husband and I both work full-time and manage meetings all day as well—yet we still manage to treat people with professionalism and respect. The unprofessionalism and dismissive tone we experienced were truly disappointing. We’re grateful we didn’t move forward with this State Farm office. If this is how questions are handled, we can only imagine what a claims process would feel like. We wish we had worked with the Bellevue office from the start—they have been nothing but polite, proactive, and kind."
